Update 10/06: The parcel I dropped off was eventually sorted and scanned down the line of delivery. Changed from 3-4 stars. I wasn't aware they relied on a kiosk to circumvent wait lines to scan parcels at a kiosk prior to drop-off. As all clerks were serving others, there was no way someone could inform me. The scanner is on the opposing front end of the drop-off shoot. It would have been helpful if the sign warns patrons to scan first. Wish I read the reviews before I dropped off a USPS return parcel with a pre-paid label yesterday. When I entered, it wasn't busy, but each attendant had a patron. I saw a clear door that had a sign to leave drop-offs, which I did. It seemed too simple. I would have preferred a receipt that it was received at this location at the counter. It's over 24 hours later, and I entered the tracking number, and it shows that the label was created, but it's not in the system. I'm worried.
